Shipping Policy

All items will be ship via United States Postal Service or Ups Processing time may take up to 3 days when your order is initially placed. Thereafter, shipping can take up to 5-7 business days to receive. (Please Note: Sometimes packages are delayed in customs).
You may feel free to email us at customerserivice@patronneboutique.com for a status update if you have waited the allotted time frame.
Once orders are completed tracking information is sent via email to the email address provided during checkout.
International
All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and your country’s postal service. Shipping time ranges from 5-6 weeks for Standard shipping. Please note the customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government. Most orders will include a customs form number that is a useful reference when tracking packages or obtaining additional information if your package is held in customs.
All shipping addresses must match billing addresses entered for orders. If this is not the same, your order will not be processed.

RETURN POLICY

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, a Store Credit/Exchange ONLY!
Exchanges:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be granted if you received a size you did not order. If it is not our fault, you cannot exchange or refund your product.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@patronneboutique.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
