Refund Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain types of items cannot be returned such as beauty product.

To start a return, you can contact us at Customerservice@patronneboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges will only be granted if you received a size you did not order. If it is not our fault, you cannot exchange or refund your product.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Customerservice@patronneboutique.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
